Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, waitlist, accounts, bookings, memberships, and facility of Ritual Sauna Club(“Ritual,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), together the “Services.” By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility

The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make a booking, purchase a membership or other product, or enter the facility. By using the Services you represent that you are 18 or older.

Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. We use passwordless sign-in (such as email sign-in links and supported third-party sign-in options); keep access to your email and devices secure, and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Bookings, memberships, and payments

• Pricing and charges. Prices for visits, memberships, packages, gift cards, and other products are shown at the point of purchase. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amounts presented before you confirm.
• Memberships. Memberships that renew on a recurring basis continue until canceled. The billing period, price, and included benefits are disclosed at signup and in your account. You can cancel in your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellations and refunds. Cancellation windows, no-show handling, and refund eligibility are disclosed at the time of booking or purchase and may vary by product. Gift cards and packages may have their own terms and expiration rules where permitted by law.
• Taxes and fees. Applicable taxes and any disclosed fees are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Waivers, health, and assumption of risk

Sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge activities involve inherent risks, including risks to your health. Before using the facility you will be required to review and sign a liability waiver. You are responsible for determining whether these activities are appropriate for you and should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating, particularly if you are pregnant or have any heart, blood-pressure, circulatory, or other medical condition. The Services are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional care. You agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions while at the facility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services in violation of any law or these Terms;
• disrupt, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users’ accounts;
• behave in a way that is unsafe, harassing, or harmful to staff, other guests, or the facility; or
• misuse referral, waitlist, or promotional programs, including through fraud or automated means.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, or refuse entry, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is unsafe or harmful.

Intellectual property

The Services, including our name, logo, content, and design, are owned by Ritual or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our permission.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as set out in any signed waiver you provide, Ritual and its owners, staff, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ritual and its owners, staff, and providers from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, except where prohibited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
