A traditional Scandinavian-style dry sauna built from thermally modified spruce. Heated with stones for authentic, restorative warmth.
Cold Plunge
Plunge tubs at varying levels of cold: milder tubs to ease in, colder tubs when you're ready.
Space to Reset
Deep couches under a skylight. Stretch out between rounds, or linger a while after your session ends.

How it works
The Ritual
Hot. Cold. Rest. Repeat.
Hot
Circulation, sore muscles, recovery, stress: the heat helps with all of it. Most of all, it feels incredible. Warm up until you're ready for the cold.
Cold
Inflammation down, energy up, and proof you can do hard things. The rush on the way out is not a myth.
Rest
Rest is where it all sinks in. Claim a couch, ignore your phone, and let your body catch up. Do absolutely nothing for a while. That's the point.
Repeat the Ritual
During your session you'll have time to repeat a few rounds of sauna, cold plunge, and rest. You'll leave physically and mentally renewed. That's the ritual.
